I've been sick and in bed for the past three days. Sad to say, the challenge has been abruptly cut short. I did crank out 10 consecutive days of the hot yoga, but I just don't think my body can handle 30. In fact, given my blazing temperature and general state of sore throat/body ache/congestion, I'm certain that I will not attempt another challenge in the near (or far?) future.
In the meantime, I'll be in bed with Theraflu, popsicles and my dog.
More to come when I can think in a linear fashion.
